These answers are here so you know what we expect, how we move, and how to win on this team. If you still have questions after this, hit the FAQ page or text recruiting.

What areas do you hire in / service?
We primarily work in Palm Beach County and nearby areas. Where you live matters for dispatch and scheduling.
Tip: Put your city + your “travel radius” in the application. It helps us assign you faster.
Do I need experience to apply?
Experience helps, but it’s not required for every role. We take motivated people who are coachable and serious. If you’re newer, you may start as a helper / training lane and level up based on consistency and quality.
What matters most: showing up, learning fast, and doing clean work the right way.
What are the basic requirements to work with See Thru?
Most roles require:
  • Reliable transportation (getting to jobs on time is non-negotiable)
  • Strong communication (texts/calls, updates, confirmations)
  • Professionalism with customers (respect, language, cleanliness)
  • Consistency (quality, punctuality, follow-through)
Real talk: talent without reliability doesn’t last here.
Do I need my own tools or supplies?
It depends on the lane:
  • Detailing: Having your own basics helps (vac, towels, brushes). We’ll outline what’s required vs optional.
  • Handyman: Tools are a big plus. The more you’re equipped, the more you can handle.
  • Mobile Mechanic: Safe tools + proper handling mindset. Clean and organized setup matters.
  • Crunch Module: You’re also doing promo/closing — communication and energy are part of the “equipment.”
Good news: We’ll tell you exactly what to bring for your first shift / trial run.
How does pay work?
Pay is based on the lane, performance, and the type of job you’re doing. In most cases, pay is tied to:
  • Completed work (quality + checklist finished)
  • Customer experience (communication, professionalism)
  • Performance (speed + consistency + zero call-backs)
  • For Crunch: bookings/closing and team impact
We explain pay clearly during onboarding so you understand exactly how to win.
When do I get paid?
Payout timing can vary by lane and job type. We confirm the payout schedule during onboarding and set expectations up front.
Best practice: Always log your jobs, photos, and notes the same day — it keeps payout clean.
What does the hiring process look like after I apply?
Usually:
  • 1) Apply on the correct form
  • 2) Text the keyword so we can pull your form immediately
  • 3) Quick call / screening (experience, schedule, expectations)
  • 4) Trial shift / ride-along (we watch quality + attitude)
  • 5) Onboarding (policies, standards, checklists, role assignment)
Fastest way to move: apply + text the keyword the same day.
What should I include in my application to stand out?
  • Photos of your work (before/after)
  • Your real availability (days + times)
  • Your lane (what you do best / what you want to learn)
  • Your city + how far you can travel
  • Short note on why you want this (we value hunger + integrity)
Simple rule: proof + clarity = faster hire.
What’s expected with customer communication?
Communication is part of the job. We expect:
  • Confirmations (arrival windows, delays, job updates)
  • Before/after photos (when applicable)
  • Respectful language and professional presence
  • Clean wrap-up and “what’s next” clarity for the customer
We don’t do sloppy communication. It protects the brand and protects you.
What are the quality standards? What gets someone removed?
We’re serious about standards. Common deal-breakers:
  • No-shows, late arrivals without communication
  • Dishonesty with customers or the team
  • Careless work / repeat mistakes / ignoring checklists
  • Disrespectful behavior (customers, staff, property)
We reward consistency. We remove chaos.
Can I work part-time / weekends only?
Yes, depending on the role and scheduling needs. Weekends can be high demand for detailing and handyman. Put your availability clearly in the form so we can match you to the right lane.
What’s the growth path if I’m serious?
We promote based on performance and trust. The general path looks like:
  • Helper / traineeLead techCrew leadField lead / manager
  • More responsibility = better assignments and more earning potential
Bottom line: show leadership + consistency and we invest in you.
